How does renting a photobooth work?Simple. Digital. Fun.
1. Book Your Date Select your package and check availability using our Book Us Now calendar. Once confirmed and a Service Request Form is completed to grab your event details and custom logo/branding requirements, we'll reach out with any further details.
2. We Handle the Setup On the day of your event, we deliver and set up the booth, test the lighting, and ensure the digital sharing is ready to go. We'll give you a quick 5-minute "pro orientation" so you're totally comfortable.
3. Party & Share Instantly Your guests step up, strike a pose, and receive their photos via text or email instantly. After the event, we’ll pack it all up and be on our way!How do guests get their photos?It’s instant! Guests can send their photos directly to their phones via text (SMS), email, or by scanning a QR code on the booth screen.Do you offer physical prints?We specialize in a high-tech, digital-only experience. This allows for instant social sharing, lower rental costs for you, and no paper waste or "lost" prints at the end of the night!Do I need to provide Wi-Fi?Our booths work best with a Wi-Fi connection for instant delivery. However, if your venue doesn't have Wi-Fi, the booth will "queue" all the photos and send them out as soon as it's back online. We recommend a Wi-Fi Hotspot as an add-on item to your photobooth package to ensure guests receive their instant delivery of their photos.What does "No Onsite Attendant" mean?Our booths are designed to be "plug-and-play." We handle the delivery and setup before your event starts and give you a quick 5-minute orientation. This gives your guests more privacy to be silly and keeps your rental price affordable.How much space do I need?We recommend a 10' x 10' area for the best experience (especially if you use a backdrop), but we can fit into tighter spots if needed! All we need is a standard power outlet within 15 feet. If no outlet is near where you want the photobooth setup, we recommend the portable power bank as an add-on item to your photobooth package so that you aren't limited to where you want your photobooth to be.Can I customize the photos with my event logo?Absolutely! Every package includes a customized photo template. Whether it’s a wedding monogram or a corporate logo, we’ll make sure your branding is on every shot.What if my event is quite a distance from the Santa Cruz Area?A $0.70 per mile mileage fee will be added for rentals over 25 miles in distance from Santa Cruz Digital Photobooth's business address in Santa Cruz, CA. We'll make it to your event no matter where you are to make sure it's special!
